What do I write on box 12 ? on my w2 says 'see instructions for box 12"

BOX 12 on your W-2 is an information section available to your employer.  There are four boxes (12a-12d).  All or none of them may be filled out.  If any of them are filled out you can post that specific information.  If there is nothing in any of the boxes you can move on.
