What do I need to do on the “Need your OK on a couple of things” page if I don’t want to give my OK on either of those things? “Review and sign” is the only option.

I’m in the Review section. I’m being asked to give Intuit my personal data. I don’t want to give my personal data. What should I do on this page to indicate that I don’t want to give my OK?
