What do I have to do to get a refund for the 25% off, I filed today to get that offer, but the 25% off didn't show up in my cart. already submitted so need a refund now.

If you are not seeing the discount in your shopping cart during checkout: 1. Please sign out of your account 2. Clear the browser cache & cookies (instructions are included in the FAQs below) 3. Sign in with the link provided within the email 4. Begin the checkout process
