What do I do when Turbo tax imports my W2 from my employer and prompts me to review 3 W2s from the same employer?

Occasionally the import process fails (probably because the employer built the data packet incorrectly).

In this case,

  • copy down the information on your W-2 on paper
  • go to the table of W-2s
  • delete ALL the W-2s
  • add one W-2 (don't use the EIN to import but type it in yourself) using the information you copied down.

Conitnue with your return.
