What do I do if the 1098 page won't load? Like I have logged in and out, restarted my computer, switched to a faster network & 10+ mins with the spinning wheel of death!

Please try clearing your cookies in your browser and then log back into your TurboTax software.  Many times, this will help clear the issue and allow you to log back in.
