What companies can get my previous year, AGI for me?

Can not believe what loops and holes you have to go through to obtain this personal information need to file, i.e. AGI from previous year's return, nd no longer have access to the email the account was verified and started with. I feel if i am paying a tax filing company, like Turbo Tax, then it should be their responsibility to obtain my missing information that is detremental to the success of my filing prophecies.
