What can I do if I didn’t submit a file extension by April 15th?

My federal and state refund kept getting rejected!

There is nothing you can do about the extension. You will just be filing late. If you are getting a refund there is no penalty for filing late. If you owe money, file as soon as you can in order to minimize penalties.
