What attachments (W2's or 1099's) are required with mailed state returns? Only attachments showing income made in that state being filed?

Doing N.D. state NR return with only state income being from royalties.  Do I only need to attach the 1099 misc for income earned from ND, or additional attachments submitted with federal form?

You only need to mail 1099s or W2s that show North Dakota income/withholding.

Thank you.  One additional question.  On my residence Georgia state return, is it only attachments that show GA withholding or show income earned while living in GA.  We do not withhold any state income tax and only pay estimated tax through the year since our earnings are pensions, interest income, etc that do not automatically withdraw state taxes.  I am never sure if the 1099R, 1099 int/div and/or 1099 misc needs to be shown to prove what income was made?

Sorry about the previous questions.  I did not read the previous answer well enough and it did say that all attachments showing income and withholding for that state needs to be included.
