What are Communication Expenses on Schedule c

Examples of communications expenses are:

• Internet service
• Wireless access for cell phones or tablets
• A phone line for work
• Long-distance calls for work
• Voice mail and answering services
• Call-waiting and message center fees
• Video-conferencing services
• Modems and wireless routers
• Ringtones for your work phone
• Fax line for work

Which line do they go on Schedule C?  I've seen both utilities and other expenses as answers.  Thanks.

@robertguy51 The categories are somewhat flexible. The most important thing is to keep track of where you put your expenses in case you get audited.
