What am I supposed to fill in on line 10 of form 4852?

It keeps directing me here, but there is no instruction along with it as to what I am supposed to enter here.

This is an explanation of the attempts you have made to obtain the W2 from your employer.  The IRS just wants to know you have attempted and how you have made attempts to get a copy of your W2 from your employer.
