Weird error when completing return

I experienced something strange while completing my return. Everything worked great, until I completed my federal return and moved to state. When I did that, for some unknown reason my refund jumped to 3-4x what it should have been. When I investigated, something had gotten messed up with my W-2's - my wife's had magically changed to mine (in addition to my actual W-2), and there was a new $0 W-2 for her. When I deleted them to correct this, I found that I was forced to reenter all information from both forms manually and was never presented with the option to import the information from ADP.

In the end everything worked out fine. I entered the information manually, my refund was as expected, and the numbers were all correct on the forms (verified just before filing). But it was strange, and I haven't seen anything like this happen in the several years I have used TurboTax.

Has anybody else experienced anything like this? Is there a place where I can report this issue so the developers can at least be aware that it happened?
