We have three small cabins in calif mountains in a high fire zone and we are required to pay a FIRE PREVENTION FEE on each cabin every year of $117 I believe I can take t

the deduction for the cabin we rent (one of the three) but can I take it for the other two cabins

No, you cannot deduct the fire prevention fee on the two cabins which are not rented.
