We do not have a username or password for wells fargo and we have interest to claim?

Manually type the information (1099-INT) in.

Select "I'll enter it myself" on the page that asks if you want to upload it from the bank.

The log-in credentials are only if you wish to import any data from the institution.   So you can ignore the institution logos on that screen, and don't use the institution search line.  Instead, scroll way down, and near the bottom right look for a gray button that TurboTaxKrisD mentioned above.  

You may not see the gray button unless you scroll the screen down.   Then on the next screen you can enter your 1099 yourself.
