We are sorry, we are having trouble authorizing your credit card. Please verify your billing address, card number and CVV and try again.

Having the same problem over and over again for two years in a row. Whatever verification service they are using must be faulty. The same credit card went through for a state purchase, but gives this error for the filing fee. Worst user experience with so much time wasted on just trying to purchase.

Some customers have had luck using 123 main St as the billing address for the card. Leave the city, state, and zip as they are.
