Was widowed in 2018. TT is asking if I have an agreement about which parent claims the child. I dont know how to respond as this doesnt apply to my situation. PlsHelp

Answer "No" to "Do you have an agreement with X other parent about who can claim her?" and answer "No"  to "Are you letting X other parent claim Kell for 2019?" since the situation does not apply to you. I'm sorry for your loss.
