What do you mean, both returns?  Your federal gets mailed to the IRS and your state return is mailed to the state address listed in the instructions when you print your returns.  After your return was rejected, you should have gone back into TurboTax and changed your filing option to File by Mail and gone through the filing steps again.  Once completed, you are prompted to print, sign and mail your returns.  The address you need to use depends on your location and is printed in the instructions when you print your return to mail.

Mailed tax returns take longer to process, but you can still check the status on the Where's My Refund website.

well when I got rejected and call the identity theft hotline I was told to mail the return with the w2s and 1099s to the Kansas city address. So meaning federal and state went to the Kansas city address  so should I print my state return again and mail it to the sc state processing? Cause I didn't send it there or should I wait  cause I check the refund status and it says refund received processing on the irs site..

Yes if you sent your state tax return to the IRS then you will have to print another copy and mail it to the state.  The IRS will not forward your state tax return.

No, if you have mailed your tax returns you are not allowed to e-file your returns.
