Was anyone else promised a discount for early filing and didn’t get it?

the discounted fees.  The discounts will end around the beginning of March.  Or if you are talking about a partner discount through a bank, credit union, etc. you have to enter TT through the partner's link

Yes and it pissed me off that what was shown on my initial filing was not shown on my invoice reciept a day later.
