Wages box 1 shows wages,tips,other compensation, the amount that is record is from sick time. for questions for uncommon situations what would the answer be

Since sick time is not listed on the Uncommon situations list, you would select "None of the above". If you get paid for your sick time, it should be included in your wages in box 1.
