W2 questions

I received an additional W2 from my employer, with no amounts in boxes 1-11, 13-20, the only box populated on the W2 is 12a with code W ----for their HSA contributions...
In TurboTax Deluxe, when I enter this W2 it says I can't file my return online because the W2 doesn't have any wages attached to it. Is this W2 even needed then?

Box 12 code W includes both employee payroll contributions and employer match because that is all technically an employer contribution.   Add the code W amount in box 12 to your first W-2.  You need to report the employer HSA contributions and certify that you had qualifying HDHP insurance.  Otherwise, the IRS will see the contributions as excess and send you a bill for the extra tax.
