W2 Box 14 & Box 19

On my W2 form Box 14 and Box 19 have the same dollar amount.  Box 14 has "SDI" and Box 20 has "CA-SDI".    Is this a duplicate entry and do I use both amounts on my return?

Yes, Line 14 should have your SDI in it, however line 19 is supposed to be local income tax, not SDI.  It is okay for Box 20 to be labelled CA-SDI in it.  If your W-2 looks like mine, you should contact your employer to and confirm the data that you were provided is correct.   Your employer may need to file a corrected W-2.
