My whole life I've lived in Arizona, it's where I'm registered to vote and I've an AZ driver's license. I've never been to Oregon, much less lived there. I arrived at a military academy last year, and my W-2 Box 15 says Oregon.
I went to the cadet pay office, where they said it can't be fixed until the end of the month. Someone with no qualifications to give tax advice suggested I just file as a resident of Oregon, but TurboTax won't let me.
