W-2 Copy A not being generated

Only one of my W-2's is not generating a Copy A. Information is carried over to w-3 correctly but will not print the Copy A.

Going to delete worksheet and try again. Just saying.

Contact Support if you can't rectify the issue.

Are you using the built in W2/1099 reporter that you do on your computer or the Online Quick Employer Forms?

You can do them 2 different ways from the Windows Desktop Home & Business program. Either Online using Quick Employer Forms (QEF) -or- directly on your computer with the built in W2/1099 Reporter. If you use the Reporter on your computer you have to mail them to the IRS and not efile.

The Quick Employer Forms only supports e-filing of the forms with the IRS and Social Security Administration. Copy A of the Form 1099 and W-2 are only used for e-filing and are not provided for printing.

See Quick Employer Forms FAQ

The program might not be ready yet to print all the forms.  Oh and for copy A....it now prints 3 per page, so if you have 4 people you get 1 on one page and 3 on another page.

Been doing it for years. Know where I should enter.

On desktop out of H&B.

Deleting and reentering worksheet all over again corrected issue.
