Where are you seeing a charge for 'VIP tax service"? That is not a service used by TurboTax.

Or if you have already filed your tax return follow this procedure to review your fees -

Sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on View Order Details

Are you actually talking about a processing fee you were charged for on the

site for paying with a debit or credit card ?
