I purchased 2023 Turbotax
business to fill out Form 1041 for my mother’s estate. She died on December 25, 2022. I am having trouble filling in the dates for the return. It isn’t calendar year, right? It automatically select fiscal year ending November 2023 but then is reporting a problem with a stock sale reported on November 11, 2023. It is saying the “date sold is not a date in the current tax year”.
