I receive error code 2 but I am able to browse new web sites so my Internet connection is working. I have tried at three different locations each using a different provider. No firewalls active.
Any suggestions.

Thanks. I had read that tech note that is why I included in my posting that I am able to access many web sites and my firewalls are off.
