Using a mac download provided by turbotax for 2018 I can't scroll down on the last page to see the button to hit for Place an Order

I'm trying to file my tax forms for two states and the federal. But when I've entered all my credit card info and get to the last page, it says you can choose to Place Order or to Review, but there is no button in sight at the bottom of the screen, as if it's truncated, and it will not allow me to change the view, to shrink the screen to see the buttons in order to see more of the page if they are there.

Resize your monitor in system preferences. That worked for me. Then I took hit back to its previous setting.

I'm having that problem too.  I used the hint to scale the display but still couldn't see it all.  Then I moved the toolbar to the side and could finally see more, and that is enough on some pages But in personal income, I STILL cannot see everything.  WTH?!?!?.

Moment to gripe:  like we need more irritation when dealing with taxes.  For what we paid, this program should run out of the box, no modifications or searches for help to fix bugs required.
