Uploading a document. Says "Hang on, We're working on..." Been hanging for several minutes. Give up?

You may need to log out of your TurboTax account, clear cache and delete cookies. Then try logging back in to your TurboTax account and see if that has resolved the issue. Please let us know if this helps.
