Under wages /income i click on 1099-int . got INT. I click yes and it says "Be ready to be impressed" click continue it imports nothing. Can I manually enter interest?

Tried numerous times and it won't import any info. Just stuck in a loop. Won't let me manually enter info.

Possibly with an incomplete import a corrupt form may have generated.  First try to delete any forms 1099-INT and then enter manually.  In TurboTax online versions follow these steps to find and delete forms.

  1. Click "Tax Tools" in the left hand menu
  2. Click "Tools"
  3. Click "Delete a Form"
  4. Find the forms 1099-INT
  5. "Delete"
  6. "Confirm Deletion"

So I went in under tools and looked for 1099-int forms to delete like you suggested. Couldn't find any. Then I remembered I deleted from the wages/income page and it didn't help. However thanks to you pointing me to tools. I found clear all forms and start again. That did the trick. Was able to fill in all data and file taxes. Thanks. Problem solved.
