Uncommon situations on interest for Maryland… TT says don’t include interest from banks on savings, checking, CDs, but what about escrow interest from a bank?

You do not include escrow interest as uncommon situations or Maryland.  The uncommon situation is for interest that is subject to federal tax but is exempt from tax under Maryland law (usually bonds). This interest will be subtracted from income on your Maryland state return.
