Unable to open turbo tax after update. I uninstalled and reinstalled. still not able to open. Ta 2020, Windows 10

I just get a little blue dot in the center

TurboTax has a software problem. Many on internet getting error message 1601 "windows installer not accessible". Have called Intuit twice with no solution offered.
