Earlier today, I ordered TurboTax 2024 Home & Business from Costco (as I have for several years using the exact same Windows 11 laptop). Hour later, I received an email from Costco. I clicked on the "Link1". I selected Windows and "Home & Business." I downloaded the files. I clicked on the Windows_PC_TurboTax icon. Windows asked if the program had my permission to change the PC. I clicked "Yes". An extract occurred - old DOS like graphics for a few seconds - then nothing. I have looked in the obvious files for an install program - but am unable to find it. I have done this several times. What is wrong? What do I need to do?
