Unable to import froms from Chase bank

I'm not able to import any 1099 forms from Chase bank. After entering Chase account info and verification code, Turbotax is not able to get the forms ("we could not import this 1099-xxx"). I'm certain that the account info is correct and the forms are ready if i log-on directly into Chase.com. What's the workaround here? thank.

If you cannot import your 1099 documents, then you can type them into TurboTax.

If you are adding a 1099-INT, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Open your return.
  2. Search 1099-INT with the magnifying glass tool at the top of the page.
  3. Select the Jump to 1099-INT link at the top of the results.
  4. Click Continue on the page Get Ready to be Impressed.
  5. Click on Change how I enter my form in the blue box towards the bottom of the page.
  6. Click on Type it in myself.
  7. Enter your 1099 information as shown on your form.

What is the problem?  I can download from TD Ameritrade and Schwab but not Chase.  Download to Quicken from Chase is okay.
