As it turns out, spelling (and punctuation) is key to finding Chase, JP Morgan, etc. in the list. If you can't find it with the periods, omit the periods (or vice versa). Also, just try "Chase" or "Morgan" and see what comes up.
I found them in the list, and was able to import the DETAIL, but not the 1099. As documented in another community item, I received an error on the import, and Turbotax terminated. So, I entered the 1099 by hand (after speaking with Turbotax support), but not any of the detail.
As I was completing my return, I discovered that IN FACT, the trade details had been imported successfully, just not the 1099 portion. What a surprise!
I checked turbotax 1099 partner only see JP Morgan Funds and JP Morgan Chase & Co. There is no J.P. Morgan Chase Bank and J.P. Morgan Securities. I tried these two, none of them working.
If it is not on our partner list, please follow the instructions here to import the transactions into Turbo Tax.
