Unable to Download TurboTax Products from Previous Years

I had problems with my computer. I am using a new computer. I signed in to download the Turbotax Products for previous years. Most of the products from previous years do not appear on the list. I need All the years of turbotax (Deluxe Fed/State and Business/Corporation) I purchased. 1999-2024. Many are missing. Please assist.

Your previous TurboTax year products are on your previous hard drive. You need to access them and load the files to a flash drive or any other way to transfer the files to your new computer. Then TurboTax will recognize all of your previous information. You can also "slave" your old hard drive to your new computer as long as the previous hard drive is not infected or damaged. That is minorly advanced computer "surgery". Any computer geek could perform the task in about 15 minutes.
