This is on TurboTax Desktop for Mac.
I already filed for 2023, but unfortunately realized that I omitted a 1099-B.
I know I should wait until after the IRS processes the first return before submitting an amendment. I am trying to get started just by adding the missing 1099 to my return on TurboTax, but it just would not let me do it. When I go through the flow of adding a 1099 (or importing any documents), I get stuck on a blank white page. It will not let me manually enter anything.
When I start a brand new return, it works, but it just does not work for my existing return file. I've been through customer support a few times, and nobody seems to have any idea.
Unfortunately since I already filed my return and I'm trying to file an amendment, it seems like I'm stuck with TurboTax for now.
