Uber Driver - Uber tax summary?

The Uber tax summary states "you did not meet the earnings thresholds to receive a 1099"  However, it also states "your net payout" equates to just over $600.  I am using premier and do not want to upgrade to business.  How is this entered or Do I not include in my taxes?

You can't neglect to report income just because you did not get a reporting form. The income must be entered on Schedule C. If you want to take expenses against the income, you need to upgrade to Self-Employed.

 No 1099-Misc HOW TO ENTER

  1. First, sign in to My TurboTax
  2. Next, click the orange Take me to my return button
  3. On the white bar at the top, click Federal Taxes
  4. Then, Wages & Income
  5. In the Self-Employment section (you may need to click Show more), next to Income and Expenses, click Start (or Revisit)
  6. When asked "Did you have any self-employment income or expenses?" select Yes
  7. You'll see the screen titled "Tell us the type of self-employment work you do." Enter your description, then Continue
  8. On the next screen "Let's get income for [description]" select the button Additional income. Includes 1099-K, check/cash payments and Continue
  9. The next screen will say "Tell us about additional income for your [description] work." List descriptions and amounts on this screen

Okay. Next, my residency is NJ but I also had a full-time job in PA.  Uber was NJ not PA.  How is this NOT shown on my PA tax return.  It shouldn't be taxable in two states, correct?

Uber is taxable to your home state and to the state where you worked (possibly.) Since both of these are NJ, you should only be taxed by NJ on this income.
