U haven't recivrd a 10-99 g how can I get this can I get it online

have not recieved a1099- g for my unemployment

You will receive the Form 1099-G from your state in January 2021 for income you received in 2020.

I received unemployment and did not receive a 1099g from state of Virginia.

You should contact the Virginia Employment Commission to get the 1099G information.  You will need that for your tax return.  Here is a page with contact information.
