TurboTax won’t let me file because it says the IRS hasn’t finalized my 8936 form (EV tax credit). When is this supposed to be finalized?

IRS Form 8936 Qualified Plug-In Electric Drive Motor Vehicle Credit will be available on February 9.

True, not available yet......no Federal updates have been available yet today.,,,might happen overnight.

 

Check tomorrow 10 Feb...of course, if they hit a major roadblock in fixing all kinds of software issues, it might end up being a FULL week later.
