Turbotax won't let me efile for deceased

So... I've been on the phone with a TurboTax rep for 2 hours over 3 days... she was lovely to talk to but no solution to this Form 1310 loop.  Has anyone else had any luck?  Very frustrating, because I bought the program specifically to efile my uncle's very simple taxes, and it looks like I'll have to paper file now.

Form 1310 is required in order to receive a refund for a deceased person.  If you're in a loop then you are probably required to submit proof that you are a court appointed individual who is entitled to claim this refund on behalf of your uncle.  If that is the case then you are indeed required to paper file the return with signatures on the 1040 and the 1310 and a copy of your court appointment to be submitted.
