Turbotax 2023 has proved a dud so far. WHen I try to run it, it asks for my license code. Upon supplying it, it asks me to sign in. Upon signing in, it goes back to sign in and does not get out of this cycle. Contaced customer support. They tried for an hour, couldn't help, closed the ticket and sent me another link for download. Yet the same thing happened all over again with the new download. Lets hope someone at Turbotax knows how to fix the bug.
