Turbotax team working on a Canada and US return

How do we reach a TurboTax team who may have knowledge to speak to both sides (US return and Canada return) such as signing up as a permanent resident in the US and doing a return here, then also doing a Canadian return as a permanent resident there, and ensuring credits due to the treaty flow across?
The current support teams say they are disparate systems and knowledge.

@Rrj13 , yes are necessarily two disparate products -- different laws.

What do you mean doing PR in the USA and then doing PR in Canada --- you can be PR only in ONE country at a time . Must be missing something .
