TurboTax showing $0 taxable income and extremely incorrect deduction amount

Does anyone know how I can fix a random deduction on my taxes showing as "early withdrawal penalty" in excess of $127 million. This is characterized as a deduction on my taxes, therefore bringing my taxable income to $0. I went through the deductions section and have nothing related to early withdrawals, and definitely nothing showing $127 million of deductions. My deductions are well under the standard, which should be what is applied to mine. In wages & income I have no 1099-R and have double checked all the retirement options to make sure nothing was accidentally selected. I have not taken any retirement early withdrawals for 2024 or any year ever. Feeling pretty stuck without being able to get rid of this obvious error on my return.

That is a program error.  Clear the return and start over.

If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return and start over. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2023 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.
