Turbotax says my illinois forms are not available, even when they are. When will inyui fix this?

If you are comfortable with deleting files, you can try this:

Delete the three files   ilif01.1pe, ilif02.1pe and il_ind_schsa.pdf  all dated 12/10/18.

  location was C:\Program Files (x86)\TurboTax\Premier 2018\Forms\ili_18 for the first two files, 

….and C:\Program Files (x86)\TurboTax\Premier 2018\Forms\ili_18\fpspdfs for the pdf. 

This worked for several other users.

(the "Premier 2018" subdirectory will be Deluxe or Home & Business if your version is one of the other ones)

This is the 2019 Premier.  I found the first two files to remove but the PDF file you listed does not exisit in the ili_19 folder.........

For assistance with this, you can call TurboTax and speak with an agent.  TurboTax customer service/support does not have a single phone number but has many different phone numbers based on the type of platform used.  So that we can direct your call to the best person/department to help you:

2. Select your TurboTax platform.  
3. Ask your question / state your problem.  Do NOT use the word "refund' or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.
