TurboTax's reaction to the Feb. 15, Line 61 announcement was to allow us to opt out of identifying whether we have health insurance or not. Was supposed to be in effect Mar. 2. Did that change, and is there an update?

1.       Go to the Healthcare section and select “None of us had it at any point”, and leave all the waivers blank.  It will trigger a penalty.  Continue on and finish the Health Care section.
2.       Go to Tools, Delete a Form, and remove  all healthcare-related forms (Healthcare Entry Sheet, 1095 entry, Form 8965).

3.       Go to View Tax Summary/Preview My 1040 to confirm that there is no repayment on Line 46, and that Line 61 is completely blank

I was going to say, Finally someone who knows what they're talking about.
However, after the Health Care Entry Sheet is deleted, TurboTax Online immediately puts it back.

OK sorry I take it back there was another form there I missed.
The Entry Sheet is put back, but the penalty is removed.
