Turbotax Rejects Date in TXF import

I tried to import a TXF file containing capital gains transactions that was exported from Quicken 2020. TurboTax 2020 rejected every date in the file. Any help with where to look for answers or how to report the problem? Here's a typical transaction from the TXF file. I can't see anything wrong with the dates.

Never Mind. I figured it out. The date format is bad coming out of Quicken.

Date records should be

DMM/DD/YYYY
