Turbotax recipient ID does not match the taxpayers social security number entered on the federal information worksheet

While preparing my Married Filing Separately 2024 return using TurboTax Home and Business 2024, the federal review came up with errors on my return stating the following: "Turbotax recipient ID does not match the taxpayers social security number entered on the federal information worksheet". I've checked my spouses SSN appears correctly on the basic info, and also appears correctly on the 1099-R and W2.

During the Federal review session of my Married Filing Separately, TurboTax Home and Business reports an error.

The error report shows my spouses  Form 1099R, and on this form the spouse box is checked. The error reported is "Turbotax recipient ID does not match the taxpayers social security number entered on the federal information worksheet"

I am given a dialog box to provide a replacement "Recipient I.D.".  Keying my spouses Social does not fix the review error.

It might be irrelevant, but the Name and Social boxes of the "Federal Review" form for "1099R" does not contain any information, despite being imported from Schwab.  This is for a back door Roth conversion of a traditional IRA contribution made during 2024.

Thank you for any help!

Why are you entering your spouse’s 1099R and W2 on your return?  MFS means you each have to file your own returns as Married filing Separate.   And you both have to take the Standard Deduction or both itemize deductions.   There are several rules and limitations when filing as MFS.
