TurboTax Products Outside the US / No Support

I live in Germany but am filing US taxes. I am unable to pay for the TurboTax product because it keeps refusing to authorize the credit card (US-based). I cannot contact support because I do not have a US phone number. Is there some way to contact this company or to pay them?

To pay for the TurboTax online account or software you need to have a US credit card with a US billing address.

 

Does the card have a US billing address?
