Turbotax prepared a 1040 es payment voucher as part of our 2022 taxes and I don't want to file it. I don't think this is something I need. How can I remove it?

Estimate forms are OPTIONAL  suggestions so you can simply ignore them.   The IRS/state are not sent these forms and are not expecting the payments so removing them is immaterial.
