TurboTax Premium Online incorrectly calculated Line 6b on my 2024 Form 1040-SR. The incorrect amout of $0 was calculated. It should be 85% of Line 6a (SS benefits). BUG?

I received a correction letter from the IRS and now owe additional TAX and INTEREST. Is there a known bug?

It's not a bug. TurboTax asked you if you lived abroad in a country where your Social Security would not be taxed, and it showed you a list of the countries. See the screen shot below. If you answered Yes line 6b would be zero. If you answered No line 6b would be a percentage of line 6a, depending on your income.
