TurboTax Premier 2019 purchased but still unable to file. Being asked to Review my order and pay . Any ideas ? thanks

Either you are using the Online version and are in the wrong account  ... OR  you bought the downloaded version and are using the online one by mistake.  If that happened  then you can move your Online file to the Desktop program and continue without paying for Online or needing to re enter your info.
